Strong Arm - Boosts strength by 40%.
Archer's Eye - Boosts dexterity by 40%.
Cat's Feet - Boosts agility by 40%.
Merlin's Insight - Boosts intelligence by 40%.
Mental Focus - Boosts concentration by 40%.
Impediment - Boosts contravention by 40%.
Priest's Touch - Boosts health by 40%.
The Calling of Titus - All of the above by 20% (not 40%).

Pure Deduction Relics

Debilitator - Lowers enemy strength by a factor of 1.4.
Maladroit - Lowers enemy dexterity by a factor of 1.4..
Dawdle - Lowers enemy agility by a factor of 1.4.
Stupidify - Lowers enemy intelligence by a factor of 1.4.
Distraction - Lowers enemy concentration by a factor of 1.4.
Mind Pierce - Lowers enemy contravention by a factor of 1.4.
Touch of the Damned - Lowers enemy health by 40% OR by 40% of your durability, whichever is lower.
The Calling of Cassius - All of the above by a factor of 1.2 (not by a factor of 1.4).

Pure Plundering Relics

Siphon Strength - Increases your strength by 20% and decreases your enemy's strength by that amount.
Stolen Hands - Increases your dexterity by 20% and decreases your enemy's dexterity by that amount.
Filched Feet - Increases your agility by 20% and decreases your enemy's agility by that amount.
Pilfered Intellect - Increases your intelligence by 20% and decreases your enemy's intelligence by that amount.
Lifted Thoughts - Increases your concentration by 20% and decreases your enemy's concentration by that amount.
Purloinment - Increases your contravention by 20% and decreases your enemy's contravention by that amount.
*Blood Pinch - Steals health from your enemy in the amount of 20% of your durability.
*The Calling of Lestat - All of the above by 10% (not 20%).

Special Relics

Confusion - Randomly (10% of the time) mesmerizes enemy.
Life Roulette - 50% chance of healing you to full health.
*Annulment - Cancels two of enemies relics/enchantments.
Damage Shield - Increases effectiveness of healing and armor by 15%.
Damage Capacitor - Increases effectiveness of weapons and casts by 15%.
The Calling of Cara - The Calling of Titus & Confusion & Damage Shield & Damage Capacitor.
Dexterous Hoist - Boosts dexterity by 60%.
Stream of Conscious - Boosts concentration by 60%.
*Blood Bath - Lowers enemy health by 60% OR by 60% of your durability, whichever is lower.
*Vampiric Leech - Steals 50% enemy health OR  50% of your durability, whichever is lower.
*Death Spike - Does 1,000,000 unstoppable damage.
*Denial of the Believer - Calling of Cara + lowers enemy health by 90% OR by 90% of your durability, whichever is lower.

Quest/Drop Only Relics

*Melee's Rage - Calling of Cara + 50% dexterity boost + 50% strength boost
*Caster's Revenge - Calling of Cara + 50% concentration boost + 50% intelligence boost
*Vampire's Scorn - 20% durability boost + 10 Death Spikes + **Double Defense + Confusion + Blood Pinch
*Devil's Deliverance - Denial of the Believer + 50% boost to all stats + 10 Death Spikes + **Double Defense + Voidance + Annulment + Doubles your damage output
*Theurgal Equalizer - Raises Theurgist damage by a factor of 2.5
*Voidance - Each yields a 10% chance to void all enemy enchantments + Confusion
*Devoidance - Each yields a 10% chance to void all enemy enchantments + Confusion + 10% mesmerization resistance (see notes below)
*Shirt Ripper - Doubles your Strength (only dropped off beasts)
*Brain Swell - Doubles your Intelligence (only dropped off beasts)
*Encephalon Decay - Does 2,000,000 unstoppable damage (only found on surface)

*Devil's Deleterious Deliverance - Denial of the Believer + 60% boost to all stats + 20 Death Spikes + **Double Defense + Voidance + Annulment  + 4% Voidance resistance + 2% mesmerization resistance + Doubles your damage output

*Devil's Mutilating Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + 30% Strength + 30% Intelligence + Raises Theurgist damage by a factor of 6.25
*Devil's Lithe Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + 30% Dexterity + 30% Concentration + Raises Theurgist damage by a factor of 6.25
*Devil's Putrid Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + 30% Agility + 30% Contravention + 10% Durability
*Devil's Resistant Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + 10% Voidance resistance + 10% mesmerization resistance
*Devil's Skillful Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + increase skill chance by 15% 
*Devil's Accelerated Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + doubles leveling speed (not stackable with self, however stackable with Apex)
*Devil's Warring Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + halves the effective value of the runes of kingdoms when attacking them (not stackable)
*Devil's Opulent Deliverance - Devil's Deleterious Deliverance + grants a   /br ability allowing you to buy runes for a distant kingdom

Special Relic Combos

A player with Devil's Opulent Deliverance and Devil's Warring Deliverance equipped will have up to 48 hours of interest accrued as opposed to the standard 24.

A player with Devil's Opulent Deliverance, Devil's Warring Deliverance, Devil's Skillful Deliverance, and Devil's Accelerated Deliverance equipped doubles the effectiveness of all your kingdom's runes and unlocks the potential of high kingmanship (110, 120, 125) to give you 1, 2, or 3 extra hourly attacks respectively.

A player with at least one Devil's Accelerated Deliverance and any number of Devil's Skillful Deliverances equipped will have each Devil's Skillful Deliverance yield a 20% increase in skill chance as opposed to the standard 15%.

A player with at least one Devil's Resistant Deliverance equipped will change the effects of any number of  Devil's Putrid, Lithe, and/or Mutilating Deliverances equipped as follows:
Devil's Putrid Deliverance  yields +40% Agi and +40% Cnt instead of +30% and +15% Dur instead of +10%
Devil's Lithe Deliverance  yields +40% Dex and +40% Cnc instead of  +30%
Devil's Mutilating Deliverance  yields +40% Str and +40% Ntl instead of +30%

Eternal Relics (Those which are active all the time, thus do not need to fire and cannot be voided or annulled)

Theurgal Conquest -  Raises Theurgist damage by a factor of 6.25 + Voidance (Not including Confusion)
Unerring Edge - Raises Attacking Accuracy by 5
Faithful Severity - Raises Attacking Precision by 5
Clarity - Raises  Casting Accuracy by 5
Mental Virtue - Raises Casting Precision by 5
Devestation - Raises Criticality by 5
Rectification - Raises Regeneration by 5
Allegiance - Raises Kingmanship by 5
Impetuosity - Raises Haste by 5
Preservation - Raises Defensive by 5
Monasticism - Raises Monk Discipline by 5
Apex - Doubles leveling speed but also doubles your delay factor (not stackable, beast drop only)
Sacrificial Skillation - Increases skill chance by 10% and increases delay by 10% (only dropped off beasts)
Tears of the Fallen - 50% chance of  being saved from death for 1st TotF equipped, 10% for each one equipped thereafter.
Leather of Delegation - allows you to be a better servant to kings by harvesting their treasury.

Notes

All resistances are considered chance based effects.

The probability of a % chance based effect of firing when stacked is:

( 1 - (1 - ( Chance / 100 ))^Amount ) * 100

So if you had 8 Voidances relics equipped:

( 1 - ( 1 - ( 10/100))^8 ) * 100 = 56.95% chance of voiding!

Voidance cannot be voided by another Voidance. Enchantments that have Voidance as a component, however, can be partially voided (meaning everything is voided except for the Voidance component).

Devoidance is an upgrade to the Voidance relic. Unlike the standard Voidance, a Devoidance can void an enemy's Voidance but not an enemy's Devoidance or Devoidance component. A Devoidance cannot be voided by a Voidance. Any resistance you have toward Voidance works against Devoidance as well.

Although many relics do damage, only Blood Pinch and Death Spike can kill an opponent without a euphoric rush or surge. They are commonly known as finishing relics.

Although Devil's Deliverance contains 2 elements that both have Confusion, the DD only has 1 confusion.

All relic effects stack unless otherwise noted in the description of the relic.
